Our philosophy

At Mausha Marsá Interior Architecture, we exclusively develop projects that optimize the space, desires, and resources of each client. The studio boasts a team of professionals with extensive experience in the comprehensive development of architectural and interior design projects, decoration and styling, as well as in the management and execution of construction projects, both in residential settings and in offices, hotels, restaurants, retail spaces, and more.

Luis Marsá

Director of operations

A graduate in International Management from Boston University (USA), he began his professional career at Occidental Hotels as head of new infrastructure. Later, he worked at Constructora Interurbana SA (a family business), managing, controlling, and supervising new construction projects. He currently undertakes new construction projects with Mausha Marsá Construcción, both nationally and internationally.
A dedicated professional, a lover of good taste and design.

Mausha Marsá

General Director

An interior architect by training from the School of Decorative Arts in Madrid, her career as an interior designer began under the tutelage of Andrés Dancausa. As an entrepreneur, she founded her own studio in 1998, undertaking interior design projects for private clients. Later, she assembled a team of interior designers with whom she developed and implemented larger-scale projects. The studio is currently located at Paseo de Moret, 9 (Madrid).

She comes from a family dedicated to architecture and construction. She's enthusiastic about clean, colorful spaces and everything related to lighting, which makes her spaces full of light and life. Highly detail-oriented, which is key in the world of interior design, she's also passionate about photography.

Agustín Marsá

Project Manager

An economist, finance professional, and building engineer, he performs project management functions on special projects for the firm, where he has worked since its inception. He combines this with his position as general manager of Constructora Interubana SA (a family business within the group).
In addition, he holds a Master's degree in Real Estate Management from the Higher Center of Architecture.
Restless by nature and passionate about his work, he is also rational and meticulous.
